SALE TERMS: All first orders must be prepaid by credit card, bank check, or money order. Net 30 days is only available to regular accounts after a period of 1 year.
LEAD TIME: Our lead time usually runs 2-4 weeks depending on season and order size. We can offer more accurate information when your order is placed.
REPAIRS: In the event that your Tammy Spice Jewelry is in need of repair simply email or call us. Charges may apply and you will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed and prior to begining repair. For your protection please send all repairs insured via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS in a hard box.
EXCHANGES: All jewelry is made by hand and made to last. Because natural materials are used, slight variations may occur from one piece to another. Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery.Shipping and handling fees are non-reundable. Please INSURE your package, we can not issue an exchange if your package is lost or damaged due to shipping.
